Peter is the  co-founder of Creo Global Capital, LLC (“CGC”).  He leads  CGC’s private family office practice and asset advisory business.  His investment experience is very broad and includes working with high net worth individuals,  high profile individual as well as  institutions.  Peter has over 30 years in the asset management business.  Most recently Peter was a Managing Principal at CapTrust Financial Advisors a leading advisory firm in the Midwest.  He is a proven wealth management professional with a diverse client base.
 
Peter is also CEO of Blue House Management Company II (“Blue House II”), and SW Management Company (“SW Management”) both affiliates of Creo Global Capital LLC.  Blue House II is the successor to Blue House Management Company that managed the successful exit of a private fund that owned discounted bank notes.  Blue House II manages two funds; Cliff Investment Fund II and Mound Partners both also formed to acquire discounted bank notes. SW Management manages PV Investment Fund formed to acquire series B share in Pixel Velocity a builder of imagery and data analytic tools for commercial and governmental facilities to maximize site security and operational continuity through intelligent asset monitoring.
 
Peter’s private company board experience includes:  BioSys, Inc.  Sold to Eastman Chemical (ECM) in 2006 as well as Biolumix, Inc, which was recently sold to Neogen (NEOG) in November 2014.   Peter was the executive director of the Jim Harbaugh/Charles Woodson foundation as well as the director of the Chris Chelios/Jeremy Roenick foundation.
 
Peter received a BGS  with emphasis in business from the University of Michigan,  Ann Arbor, MI.
Chris is the co-founder of Creo Global Capital, LLC, and has been providing financial advisory services to individuals, privately held businesses and public companies for over 25 years.  He has a demonstrated track record of successful transaction execution, having advised on more than 200 acquisition, divestiture, and corporate finance related transactions.  Chris is a proven corporate finance professional with a broad range of knowledge and expertise in capital formation, company valuation and mergers and acquisitions.

Chris’ prior financial advisory experience includes his role as a Managing Director of CIT Group’s Investment Banking Practice in New York and Chicago.  Prior to CIT, Chris was a Partner at Deloitte in its Investment Bank Group in Detroit and Chicago.  He has led numerous origination and execution teams delivering advisory services and negotiating transactions with such companies as: Baird Capital, Chrysler, Eagle-Picher, Fiserv, General Electric, HIG Capital, KRG Capital, The Limited, MidOcean Partners, Omnicare, R.L. Polk, Sun Capital, TRW, and Tomkins PLC.
 
Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
